BHO Interiors is thrilled to announce the completion of the design for Whisk Creamery Northbridge, a vibrant and bustling area known for its rich cultural diversity and culinary scene. The design project aimed to capture the essence of Whisk Creamery’s commitment to serving high-quality, artisanal ice creams made from natural ingredients, and we were determined to create an environment that reflects this philosophy.

From the outset, our design vision revolved around the harmonious blend of natural timber and bright colours, both of which symbolise the fresh and wholesome ingredients used in Whisk Creamery’s ice creams. The use of natural timber elements throughout the space provides a warm, inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of the organic nature of the ingredients. This choice not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also fosters a connection to the artisanal craft of ice cream making, allowing customers to feel the authenticity behind each scoop.

Bright, playful colours were strategically incorporated into the design to create a cheerful and lively ambience that resonates with the joy of enjoying ice cream. These colours serve to highlight various areas within the outlet, from the serving counter to the seating arrangements, creating a sense of vibrancy and energy that encourages customers to step inside and indulge in their favourite flavours. The colour palette was carefully selected to evoke feelings of freshness and fun, making it an ideal setting for families and ice cream enthusiasts alike.

One of the standout features of the outlet is the open kitchen concept, which allows patrons to observe the ice cream-making process in action. This transparency not only showcases the skill and passion of the Whisk Creamery team but also reinforces their commitment to quality and freshness. Customers can witness the transformation of ingredients into delightful frozen treats, creating an engaging experience that adds to the overall enjoyment of their visit.

Seating arrangements were thoughtfully designed to encourage social interaction and community engagement. A combination of cozy nooks and communal tables offers a variety of seating options, making it easy for friends, families, and couples to gather and share their ice cream experiences. The layout promotes a sense of togetherness while ensuring that everyone can comfortably enjoy their time at Whisk Creamery.

Lighting played a crucial role in the overall design as well. We utilised a mix of natural and artificial lighting to create an inviting atmosphere that feels both bright and airy during the day while providing a cozy ambience in the evening. Accent lighting highlights key design elements, such as the vibrant colour displays and the beautifully crafted ice cream bar, drawing customers’ attention to the offerings.
