RYA Accountants at 92 & 94 Outram Street, West Perth was recently designed by BHO Interiors. The client’s brief to BHO Interiors was to transform a Victorian-style house into a modern contemporary office to accommodate approximately 13 staff.
We maintained the beautiful Victorian elements such as the antique fireplace, ceiling roses, Jarrah timber flooring, and antique footings while modernising the interior. Modern elements such as concrete render walls, suspended designer linear lighting, 3.5-meter high glass walls, a beautiful Bianco Carrara marble reception desk complimenting the light veneers as well as designer furniture pieces to compliment the unique interior. Landscaping, as well as new fresh paints for the external walls, was implemented on the façade of the house.
