Thermarate
Thermarate is an innovative energy-assessing firm providing nationally-recognised energy efficiency reports for residential and commercial buildings. Thermarate has moved to its new office at 216 Stirling Highway, Claremont. The brief was to design a modern office taking into consideration the use of environmentally friendly sustainable materials and an open concept office. As our clients are more health and fitness conscious, we incorporated a bar fridge to store their Kombucha drinks (instead of alcohol) on the island bench. One of the biggest challenges faced in space planning was the external zigzag walls. Thermarate is a small but comfortable office to work from.
