BHO Interiors Perth was engaged by AGEM Property Group to design the Interior for their new HQ office at Balcatta. The new office is located in a massive development area developed by AGEM Property Group themselves. BHO Interiors was involved with the interior of the office and also provided the exterior 3D photorealistic renders for the whole development to their clients. As it’s a two-level office, we had to design the new stairs, reception area, open plan work area, boardroom/meeting room and offices over a 480sq meter office area with an added warehouse storage behind.
